Pack Model

Every Iruka pack has two independent labels:
  • Category identifies the fandom collectible market and its required metadata.
  • Tier describes the collector experience and intended inventory profile.
The category does not determine price or rarity. The same category may contain different tiers after its inventory and operating controls are ready. The tier names do not promise a return or specific grade. Every commercial batch publishes its actual inventory and odds independently.

Pack Publication Standard

Every commercial pack must publish the following before sales open: Cards are assigned without replacement. Displayed odds must be recalculated from the eligible inventory remaining at the published snapshot. Removing, adding, or replacing inventory requires a new batch version and commitment.

Fandom Inventory Identity

One physical card keeps the same inventoryId across its pack, Vault, Marketplace, and Redemption records. The category-specific identity fields are: These fields identify genuine physical inventory. They do not imply that Iruka is affiliated with the named artist, agency, team, issuer, or marketplace.

Debut Test Batch

The current Debut fixture separates the visible product catalog from the onchain test distribution:
  • The app contains 20 preview card identities used to exercise browsing and Reveal.
  • The contract contains 100 committed test positions used to represent the published rarity distribution.
  • Repeated preview media across test positions does not represent 100 distinct physical cards.
  • No test position is eligible for physical redemption.
Test ETH has no monetary value. The Vending panel displays the current test ETH charge read from the contract. It is not canonical USDC settlement.

Rarities and Odds

These values total 100% at the initial snapshot. Probabilities change as positions are fulfilled because the batch draws without replacement. Pack rarity is not a physical grade. Rarity describes allocation inside one batch. Grade describes the condition and verification outcome of a physical card.

Individual Card Odds

In a commercial batch, each eligible physical item receives one inventory position and one published probability. The current test fixture instead uses 100 weighted positions across 20 preview identities to validate the product and contract flow. Iruka does not use a hidden replacement pool. A material correction pauses the affected commercial batch and requires a new public snapshot.

Estimated Value

Estimated value is In validation. Before values appear on a commercial pack, Iruka will publish:
  • Exact card identity and comparable condition or grade
  • Completed-sale sources and observation window
  • Currency and conversion timestamp
  • Sample count, median, and observed range
  • Snapshot time and limited-data handling
Listings and asking prices are not completed sales. An estimate is reference data and never guarantees a sale price, return, or future liquidity.

GIWA Commitment

Before a test Pull, Iruka records the inventory root, odds commitment, and draw-seed root on GIWA Sepolia. A collector request reserves a draw index.
