Status: Planned - Iruka advances through verified release gates rather than uncommitted calendar dates. The GIWA Sepolia pack-batch flow is the current live foundation.
Product Direction
Iruka starts by proving the complete operating loop for genuine physical collectibles. Once sourcing, verification, custody, trading, and redemption work as one system, the same foundation can support licensed releases, creator tools, and community experiences. The roadmap therefore expands in this order: Iruka Vending → Licensed IP Drops → Creator Playground → The Iruka Universe Each stage must produce public contracts, policies, or operating records before its status changes toLive.
1. Iruka Vending
Deliver the complete physical photocard loop from published pack inventory to verified custody, trading, and redemption. Collector outcome:- Open a pack with visible inventory and odds.
- Confirm the assigned result and ownership record.
- Keep the physical card in the Vault, sell it, or request Redemption.
- Documented physical sourcing and inventory ownership
- Authentication, grading, photography, intake, and custody operations
- Published batch supply, card pool, odds, and value evidence
- Audited production randomness and one-to-one ownership contracts
- Canonical USDC payment and fixed-price Marketplace settlement
- Redemption, shipping, support, privacy, and legal policies
2. Licensed IP Drops
Launch newly designed cards or branded pack experiences only after the necessary rights are secured. Collector outcome:- Access officially approved cards and pack experiences unavailable through ordinary resale inventory.
- See drop-specific supply, odds, ownership, and fulfillment terms before purchase.
- Signed rights holder agreement covering assets, product, territory, and term
- Approval process for artwork, names, campaign copy, and distribution
- Drop-specific inventory, odds, settlement, custody, and fulfillment terms
- Rights reporting and takedown procedures
3. Creator Playground
Give approved creators a controlled path to original collectible experiences. Collector outcome:- Discover original releases with clearly identified creators and rights.
- Collect across the same Vending, Vault, Marketplace, and Redemption flow.
- Creator identity and content-rights review
- Original-asset and prohibited-content enforcement
- Pack approval, payout, reporting, and dispute rules
- Separation from third-party resale inventory
4. The Iruka Universe
Connect collection identity with moderated fan and collector communities. Collector outcome:- Build a collection profile around owned items.
- Join boards and events connected to approved collectible categories.
- Collection profiles and community boards
- Reporting, moderation, privacy, and account-safety controls
- Clear labels for resale, original, and licensed inventory
- Community operations and incident response
Category Expansion Track
Category expansion begins with genuine, officially issued physical inventory. It does not require Iruka to create new artist or team imagery. It reuses the same physical collectible infrastructure while adding the identity, sourcing, verification, valuation, and fulfillment rules required by each category.
Each category launches independently only after Iruka can document:
- Physical supply source and acquisition records
- Authenticity and item-identification method
- Third-party grader acceptance where applicable
- Intake, storage, reconciliation, and redemption controls
- Comparable-sales data and value methodology
- Packaging, delivery, support, and regional rules
Product Validation Metrics
Iruka will publish measured values after private-pilot instrumentation begins. It will not substitute targets or sample transactions for user traction.
Contract invariants remain non-negotiable regardless of volume: published odds
must reconcile, one committed position cannot be fulfilled twice, only complete
custody records can become
Vaulted, and a listed item must be delisted before
Redemption.
