Genuine Resale Inventory

Iruka’s initial collecting model is based on genuine, officially issued physical cards acquired through documented sources. A public inventory record may use an artist, team, member, player, release, event, benefit, set, or manufacturer name only as needed to identify that exact item. Descriptive identification does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or an official relationship with the artist, agency, label, publisher, manufacturer, or marketplace where an item was sourced.

Images And Metadata

Public item media should show the exact physical inventory received by Iruka, including its front, back, and identifying marks. Source references, purchase records, certificate evidence, and intake photographs are retained as part of the verification record. Iruka does not create commercial card art from unlicensed artist faces, official photographs, logos, brand marks, or copyrighted card artwork.

Licensed Releases

New artwork, branded packs, exclusive cards, or promotional campaigns can be described as licensed only after a rights-holder agreement defines:
  • Approved IP and assets
  • Product and sales rights
  • Territory and distribution channels
  • Campaign language and approval process
  • Duration, reporting, and takedown requirements
Until then, pack branding remains neutral and product copy must not imply an official collaboration.

Listing Requirements

Marketplace listings are limited to verified physical inventory in Iruka custody. Each listing must reference one inventoryId, exact item photographs, verification status, current owner, and redemption eligibility. Iruka rejects listings with:
  • Missing or mismatched physical inventory
  • Unverifiable identity or certificate evidence
  • Counterfeit, altered, stolen, or prohibited items
  • Misleading affiliation or grading claims
  • Media that does not represent the exact listed item

Collector Disclosures

  • Pack rarity is separate from physical grade.
  • Estimated value is reference data, not a guaranteed sale price.
  • Testnet transactions do not prove commercial ownership or custody.
  • Fees, refunds, payment assets, shipping, and regional rules must be published before the corresponding feature becomes live.
Before commercial launch, Iruka will publish the operator identity, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, refund policy, marketplace rules, custody terms, and shipping terms after legal review.
