Status: Live testnet flow - Vending, GIWA Sepolia Pull requests, Keeper fulfillment, and Reveal are available. Physical Vault operations, commercial Marketplace settlement, and Redemption are not live.
Iruka brings the collectible journey into one continuous product: Vending → Reveal → Vault → Marketplace → Redemption K-pop photocards are the initial category. The same lifecycle is designed to support officially issued trot, cheerleader, and sports collectibles only after each category passes its own sourcing and verification gates.

The Collector Journey

1. Vending

Collectors browse without signing in, compare the available pack tier, and review the eligible card pool and published odds. A production pack must also show the inventory snapshot, remaining supply, value methodology, and physical redemption status before purchase. The current Debut pack is a GIWA Sepolia test batch. Stage, Encore, and Grail remain Coming soon.

2. Reveal

After sign-in, one Pull reserves a position from the selected batch. The result is revealed only after Iruka receives the assigned inventory record. A GIWA pack also shows the request and fulfillment receipts that produced that result. Reveal presents the assigned card; it does not choose the result. A delayed fulfillment resumes from the same request instead of creating another paid Pull.

3. Vault

A production card enters the Vault only after the exact physical item is received, authenticated, photographed, assigned a storage record, and matched to its ownership and redemption records. A certificate number, image, test Pull, or account inventory row is not enough to claim physical custody.

4. Marketplace

Only eligible vaulted inventory can enter the Marketplace. One listing points to one inventoryId, and listing the card locks it against physical redemption. A completed sale transfers the ownership record while the same physical item remains in custody.

5. Redemption

Redemption removes an active listing, locks the matching physical item, checks the destination and applicable terms, and releases that exact card through the published fulfillment process. Personal identity, address, carrier, and storage-location data remain offchain.

Account And Wallet

Email, Google, and supported EVM wallet login methods create an Iruka account through Privy. Each signed-in account receives a user-controlled Iruka Wallet on EVM, including accounts that use MetaMask or another external wallet to sign in. The Iruka Wallet submits the GIWA Sepolia Pull. An external wallet is optional and remains separate: it can fund the Iruka Wallet or receive a same-chain withdrawal. Current Add funds and Withdraw actions transfer GIWA Sepolia test ETH only. They are not fiat funding, cross-chain routing, or a GIWA-to-Ethereum bridge. Testnet ETH has no monetary value, and Iruka does not currently accept commercial USDC payments.

Product State Rules

Iruka’s commercial flow is designed to fail closed:
  • A Pull result does not automatically prove physical custody.
  • An unverified item cannot become Vaulted.
  • A non-vaulted item cannot be listed.
  • A listed item must be delisted before Redemption.
  • A redeemed item cannot return to inventory without a new intake.
See Packs and Odds for the pack model, Vault and Custody for physical states, and Onchain Architecture for the GIWA responsibility boundary.
